A graduate of the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London, Nick is a licensed architect in the UK and Greece and a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. His work has been published in trade and refereed journals in Greece and the UK and has been presented in international academic symposia. Since 1992 he has divided his time between London and Athens. His career has included work at the Space Syntax Laboratory in the UK. For over a decade he led the architectural studio for an international investment and property development conglomerate. He has worked in both the creative and financing aspects of the industry and his management of banking and financing matters for a privately-held major Greek RE investment and development company allowed him to lead the organisation’s IPO process in 2007, with a real estate portfolio valued at 400 million euros. He established his own practice in Athens (2008) and London (2011).
